Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Staff Meal Catering, we are committed to providing you with exceptional food and service. We understand that sometimes plans change or issues arise. Below is our Returns and Refund Policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all our valued customers.

1. Cancellation Policy

For Orders Over $500:

  • 7 Days or More Before the Event: Full refund, minus a 10% processing fee.
  • 3 to 6 Days Before the Event: 50% refund.
  • Less Than 3 Days Before the Event: No refund, as preparation will already be underway.

For Orders Under $500:

  • 3 Days or More Before the Event: Full refund, minus a 10% processing fee.

2. Changes to Orders

Changes to your order (e.g., guest count, menu items, delivery time) can be made up to 5 days before the event at no additional cost.

Changes requested within less than 5 days are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

3. Refund Policy for Food Quality

We take pride in the quality of our food. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the food provided:

Immediate Notification: Please notify us during the event or within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Investigation: We will review your concerns and may require photos or other evidence to process a resolution.

Resolution Options: If the issue is verified, we will provide one of the following:

  • A replacement for the affected items (if feasible).
  • A partial refund based on the value of the affected items.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following fees are non-refundable:

  • Any items prepared as part of the order but not consumed.
  • Delivery fees once the order has been dispatched.

5. Force Majeure

In the unlikely event that your order cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, power outages), we will work with you to reschedule your event or provide a refund.

6. How to Request a Refund

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
